陈瑜阳，管理学博士（财务学方向），太阳集团tyc539macau会计系讲师，研究方向为公司财务、公司治理、信息披露。目前已在《经济管理》、《经济科学》、《投资研究》、Pacific-Basin Finance Journal、Emerging Markets Review、Economic Systems等期刊上发表文章。
